Coaction Hub strengthens the coordinated community response by improving policy, practice and systems for Black and minoritised victim-survivors. We strengthen multi-agency responses, influence systems change, and amplify the expertise of by and for agencies through evidence, training, strategic briefings and lobbying Government to improve policy and practice.

Coaction Hub's briefing, 'Why Domestic Homicide Reviews are Failing Black and Minoritised Women: Key Findings and Recommendations from Coaction Hub' highlights how the underrepresentation of Black and minoritised expertise, alongside wider systemic gaps, means Domestic Abuse Related Death Reviews (DARDRs) too often fail to reflect victims' experiences or meaningfully address the structural inequalities shaping their experiences. The briefing sets out practical recommendations to strengthen future reviews and inform the Government's work on updated DHR statutory guidance, the DARDR Oversight Mechanism, and responses to Black and minoritised victims.
