Mindfulness and Yoga

Description

Over the course of 4 weeks, our service users joined us on a revitalising journey towards better mental and physical well-being through yoga. 🌸 Each session of the SAAT : Fitness Club (Yoga) was designed to uplift spirits.

Participants shared how the classes made them feel more relaxed, rejuvenated, and enabled them to focus on self-care. Yoga proved to be a powerful way to support mental health, allowing everyone to reconnect with their body and mind.
